How to enable ‘Save and Quit’ option in Firefox 4

If you’ve recently updated to Firefox 52.0.1, then you must have noticed a new design and some new features. But there’s one very handy feature ‘Save and Exit’ which is missing in Firefox 52, but was available in previous versions of Firefox browser. However, there is a quick and easy way to get back this option, which restores all the tabs opened in the browser on re-opening Firefox 52.0.1.

To Enable ‘Save and Quit’ feature in Firefox 52., just type about:config in the address bar and open it. Enter browser.showQuitWarning in the Filter tab. Double-click the entry named browser.showQuitWarning so that its value changes to ‘true’. That’s it!

Now you’ll be presented with ‘Quit Firefox’ dialog box on closing Firefox 52.0.1.
