How to Block specific websites on computer with Kaspersky

With Parental Control in Kaspersky Internet Security 2015, you can control and block users' access to websites depending on their content.
You can permit or disallow a user to visit all websites except for those included in your own exclusion list. Or, you can block or allow websites that refer to certain groups of content (for example, social networks).
With the component enabled, you can view brief statistics or a detailed report on web browsing.
How to limit access to websites
To limit users' access to certain websites, follow these steps:
  1. Open Kaspersky Internet Security 2015.
  2. Click the Parental Control button.
  1. In the Parental Control view, click the link Configure restrictions that refers to the user account which you want to affect.
  1. In the Internet section on the side menu, select Adult websites if you want to prevent the user from browsing some categories of Internet content.
  2. Click the link Select categories of websites.
  1. In the Block access to website categories view, select the categories you want to block.
  2. Click the Back button (the arrow pointing to the left in the application's window header).

  1. If you want to block access to all websites except for those approved by yourself, select All websites except for exclusions allowed in the list.
  2. Click the Add exclusions link.
  1. In the Exclusions window, click Add.
  1. At the Add new website step, type a website address in the URL box of the appearance http://www.example.com/*. The asterisk in the URL stands for any sequence of characters.
  2. Select an action that will be applied to the resource:
    • Allow.
    • Block
  3. Select a scope:
    • Only the specified page.
    • Entire website
  4. Click the Add button.
  1. Close the Exclusions window.
  2. Close the application window.
Please note: If the address which you want to add to exclusions contains asterisks (*), question marks (?), or backslashes (\), they must be preceded by an extra backslash (\) symbol. Otherwise, the symbols *, ?, or \ in the address will be interpreted as wildcards. If you want to add the address
www.example.com/store?order=1
to exclusions, then enter the following line in the Add new website dialog:
www.example.com/store\?order=1
